How Do You Want to Be Better in 2017?

new_year_2016

OK, here we go again. Time to turn the page on a new year, and time to commit to those personal and spiritual upgrades and improvements. Do you make intentional resolutions, or do you just say, “This year, I’m going to try to be a better person all the way around?” If you do “make a list,” so to speak, what’s included for 2017? On Wednesday, Jerry and Debbie want to hear from you especially about what your spiritual resolutions are for the coming year. More daily prayer? More frequent reception of the sacraments? Allowing God’s love to penetrate your heart more deeply? There are a million things we can talk about, so join us at Noon ET!

So, How Did It Go?

On Tuesday, Jerry and Debbie are back with their first live show after a short break to celebrate Christmas. Of course, we’re still in the joyous Christmas season. But, for most of us, the family gatherings have now come and gone for another year. So, our question for you is, “How did it go?” We pray that your get togethers were all filled with peace and harmony. Sometimes, though, differences in various ideologies can make for some awkward moments. In any event, let’s talk about how you spent your Christmas weekend at Noon ET on EWTN Radio.

What are you waiting for?

later_m.jpg

We all have hopes and dreams.  Things we want to accomplish, goals we set for our lives.  Some of us have really huge dreams and can envision great things in our future.  Others have small achievements in mind but equally as rewarding.  Having all these thoughts are great if they can actually be put into action.  That is where the difficulty resides, taking the necessary steps to grab hold of those dreams.  Fear, insecurities, general feelings of unworthiness can paralyze the effort needed to explore and fulfill the vision for one’s life.  Let’s talk about, what are you waiting for?  Call in at: 1-800-585-9396.

How Well Do You Organize Your Time?

In modern life, it seems like there is never enough time in the day. We sometimes hate to lay our head on the pillow because we fear we are leaving important things undone. Or, worse yet, we wake up at 2 a.m. thinking of things we should have done yesterday, or things we have to do first thing in the morning. How well do you organize your time? It’s an important part of everyday life. Call with your take on Tuesday’s Take 2 With Jerry and Debbie.

How has the meaning of Christmas changed for you over the years?

changed_santa

Christmas is the time when we recognize and celebrate our Savior’s birth.  Jesus is the greatest gift we could ever receive.  However, as children we remember Christmas in certain ways, with Santa Clause, reindeer, material gifts and plenty of multi-colored lights.  As time goes on and we mature, Christmas can mean so much more to us especially when life circumstances play a part.  A death, birth, divorce, loss, illness or any other life situation can impact the view of Christmas in various ways, whether positive or negative.  Let’s talk about how the Christmas meaning has evolved for you over the years.  Share your life view of this magnificent Holy day of Christmas.  1-800-585-9396.
