The Catholic Church is over 2,000 years old. It has many teachings, which we must accept if we’re going to consider ourselves Catholic. But, as St. Anselm said, sometimes we have to practice what’s called, “Faith seeking understanding.” Is there a particular teaching of the Church you struggle with? Let’s talk about it on Tuesday.

It’s the time of year when many people – children and adults – are receiving Holy Communion for the very first time. Do you remember your First Communion? Or your child’s? It should be a beautiful and touching conversation on Friday.

On Wednesday, join us and tell us about a priest you know who gives his all, lays it down, pours himself out for his flock. We need to celebrate the men who shepherd us with many prayers and sacrifices.

Sunday is Mother’s Day. On Monday, we invite you to join us and let us know what your mom is or – if she’s deceased – was the best at. It could be cooking, teaching you the faith, consoling you when you were hurt or sick, or anything else. We look forward to a beautiful conversation!
