Monday’s show about priests was terrific. Three priests called to share what they love about being ordained and ministering to God’s people. And several laypeople shared their love for the priesthood. On Tuesday, we switch to inviting calls from religious brothers and sisters about their vocations. Help us spread the word so that we hear from many of them!

On Monday, Jerry and Debbie will ask for calls from priests to tell us what they love about serving the Church as ordained ministers. Help us spread the word about this, as we know our beloved priests are busy men, and may only on occasion have time to listen to the radio. So many people today are providing care for a parent, grandparent or other loved one who is struggling with a disease like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, etc. It can be very difficult, both for the person with the illness and those who are caring for them. It’s human nature to look in the rearview mirror as we go through life. And we often see things we kind of wish we could do over. Not necessarily because what you did turned out badly. Life is full of important decisions. Vocational choices, which job to take, how to raise your children and many others. Some things require more discernment than others.
