Sometimes, our self-perception is different than God’s perception of us. We are all His beloved sons and daughters, made with equal dignity in His image and likeness. On Wednesday, let’s talk about how we think God see us. It will be an interesting conversation, to be sure.

Throughout our lives, we are blessed by the holy work of so many people. This includes in our parishes, schools, and many other places. On Thursday, let’s talk about whose ministry has impacted you for the better.—- People call in and wish Jerry a Happy 60th Birthday!

God gives us all many gifts and talents. It’s up to us to use them for His glory and the betterment of those we come in contact with. But no one goes through life with all the possible talents there are. With that in mind, let’s talk on Wednesday about what gift or talent you wish you had that you don’t possess.

For the most part, people want to be helpful. That includes offering our advice and suggestions as to how they should act or what decisions they should make. Sometimes it works out great. Other times, well, not so great. On Thursday, let’s talk about the worst advice we’ve ever given to another individual.

What a terrific discussion we had on Monday about people we know who have come to faith in Jesus when they found out they were dying. And, once again, there were several callers we weren’t able to accommodate due to time constraints. So, we’re planning the same topic as a part two on Tuesday. No one should chance waiting to come to faith until they are dying. For some, however, it just happens that way. It’s the kindness and gentleness of our God. If you know someone who accepted Jesus as they were dying, share the inspiring account on Monday’s broadcast.

Retirement is a beautiful milestone that many people plan for and look forward to. But sometimes it happens that people who have retired decide to return to the workforce. It could be for financial reasons, because you’re bored and need something to do, or any number of other reasons. That’s what we’ll talk about to wrap up the week on Friday.

In a way, we’re all creatures of habit. We do things a certain way because we like it that way, and because it’s comfortable and familiar. One obvious example is how so many people sit in the same exact place every time they attend Mass. Let’s talk about this on Thursday’s show.
