Monday’s show about priests was terrific. Three priests called to share what they love about being ordained and ministering to God’s people. And several laypeople shared their love for the priesthood. On Tuesday, we switch to inviting calls from religious brothers and sisters about their vocations. Help us spread the word so that we hear from many of them!

On Monday, Jerry and Debbie will ask for calls from priests to tell us what they love about serving the Church as ordained ministers. Help us spread the word about this, as we know our beloved priests are busy men, and may only on occasion have time to listen to the radio. But we hope to hear in their own words what it’s like to be priests. Join us!

Jerry and Debbie welcome Patrick Coffin to the show on Thursday to talk about the power of the new media. Patrick is leaving Catholic Answers Live, the show he has hosted since Jerry left in 2009. So many people today are providing care for a parent, grandparent or other loved one who is struggling with a disease like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, etc. It can be very difficult, both for the person with the illness and those who are caring for them. If you’re caring for such a person, call and share your story on Wednesday with Jerry and Debbie and the world. Your experience could have a tremendous impact on someone in the same situation.

It’s human nature to look in the rearview mirror as we go through life. And we often see things we kind of wish we could do over. Not necessarily because what you did turned out badly. But perhaps just because you could have done it better or differently. Share your take on this subject with Jerry and Debbie on Tuesday at Noon ET.

Life is full of important decisions. Vocational choices, which job to take, how to raise your children and many others. Some things require more discernment than others. You wouldn’t pray to seek God’s will about whether to have a cheeseburger or a chicken sandwich for lunch. But the big things should always be taken to prayer. On Wednesday evening, EWTN debuted a docu-drama titled, “Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing.” It was about Saul Alinsky, a self-made radical and “community organizer.” His socialist influence took root in Chicago and has spread far and wide, to the point where many American politicians – and even some in the Church – have embraced and implemented his views. Fr. Mitch Pacwa joins Jerry and Debbie to unpack the views of this man and his far-flung influence. Don’t miss it!
