Take 2

Athletic Children

Most of us – and our kids – will be involved in athletics at some point in our lives. It can be a very important and healthy part of our overall human formation. A small percentage of kids grow up to be very successful athletes. Do you have kids with that potential? How do you support them in following their dreams? Let’s talk about this on Tuesday.

Also Heard on Catholic Radio.

  1. on the weekend games subject….when my son was playing weekend basketball tournaments we enjoyed finding the closest Catholic Mass to the game. We were able to see some beautiful churches, and were able to instill the thought process of all I have to do is look for Mass, as we are blessed with many parishes. It also instilled the fact that it is all one Mass, no matter what town we were in. (BTW he’s now playing college Football and attending Mass regularly)
