Getting a good night’s sleep is important. We typically spend one third of our lives sleeping. That is, unless we are kept awake at night by any number of factors. It could be worry, anxiety, taking care of our kids, even thinking about good things can deprive us of sleep. On Tuesday, let’s talk about this.
