One of the beautiful gifts of being alive is that we can recall so many things from the past. A lot of them are happy memories, while some can be very painful. How many times have you said, “I’d rather forget about that?” Are you successful in erasing the negative memories from your mind? Perhaps you have come to a place of acceptance and peace with regard to things you would rather never think about again. On Tuesday, let’s talk about this and grow together in our knowledge of how we can live with – and even move beyond – memories we’re just as soon forget.

I would like to forget all the mistakes I made. I want to forget the people I helped and trusted, not because I’m a bad person or hate them, I just want to forget the worst mistake I made witch was trusting them. Trusting them resulted pain and betrayal.
All I can do is move on and try to forget and forgive.
