Have you ever prayed and prayed for something, only to receive what you thought was an answer to that prayer, and you kind of wish you hadn’t prayed for it? Maybe it was a job that you wanted badly, that turned out to be a disaster. Or admission to the college or university of your dreams, and you realized it wasn’t the best fit for you. There’s something wrong with this topic but i can’t quite express it. Perhaps it is because it assumes God is to blame for what are really our choices, that God is going to give us something bad.
Does everybody realize that the will of God is perfect?
you are taking a profane maxim and trying to elevate it to theological truth.
