The Catholic Church has since her founding by Jesus Christ led the way in serving others and building up the faith of her members. Over the centuries, countless lay organizations have arisen to fill a variety of important needs. From The Knights of Columbus to The Legion of Mary, from The Society of St. Vincent de Paul to The Cursillo Movement, and many, many others. Each has its own distinct charism, one that draws people who share their passion and vision. What lay organizations have you been involved in over the course of your lifetime?
