It is very important for everyone to have a strong Christian support system. Whether that be spiritual direction or just like-minded friends in the faith. Christians need to bounce things off of folks that can help them spiritually and that have the same understanding of the faith. When a support system is absent, Christians tend to feel alone in their journey of faith and can waiver or even fall off the path. We are meant for community. Hi Debbie, good morning. I was driving and listening to your show and was amazed at a Eddie’s men’s Bible study group. I told my 28 year old son about it and his eyes lite up. Can you share details about about Eddie’s successful program. Also is there a Catholic men’s movement in the west coast like the Man-Up movement in Philadelphia? My son is slowly returning to the Church. I would love to share information about a man’s Catholic Community. I’m new to EWTN and have thoroughly enjoyed your program.
