Through a combination of things – good genes, eating right, exercising, getting enough rest, etc. – some people tend to be healthy most of the time, perhaps getting an “annual cold,” and that’s about it. Others are in an out of the doctor’s office throughout the year, even making visits to the emergency room. On Thursday, Jerry and Debbie want to hear your take about the general state of your health, and what you do to try to maintain good health. It’s more important than ever this time of year.
