You have heard it said, “You can pick your friends, but you can’t pick your family.” How true this is!  Many times our friends are more like “family” to us than our own birth family.  Friends seem so easy to love.  Friends are fun to be around.  While family sometimes can be difficult , challenging and even downright annoying.  But maybe that is the way God designed it.  The family can be a wonderful place to grow in holiness.  We can practice the virtues right in the domestic church, our family.  Let’s have a candid conversation about family versus friends.  Call in to Take 2 with Jerry and Debbie at 1-800-585-9396.
