We know that Jesus was all human and all divine.  With human qualities comes a sense of humor.  But have we taken this too far?  Is it acceptable for us as Catholic Christians to allow Jesus to be the brunt of jokes?   Comedy clubs have made a fortune at the expense of our Lord and Savior.  Whether it is Jesus jokes, or taking our Lord’s name in vain, comedy has plummeted into making a mockery of our God.  The question is, should we ignore what happens and chalk it up as innocent fun, or should we boycott the use of Jesus as a form of entertainment? Let’s talk about this.  Call in at 1-800-585-9396.
