[MY 60 SECONDS]
[To my fellow residents on this planet.]
Although we are many people of diverse colors and beliefs we all share the fact we were born, and that someday, we will die.
I once felt like I had a great void in my life that wouldn’t go away. People often try to fill that emptiness with alcohol, drugs, sex, or other, but this void was only meant to be filled by a relationship with God.
If you feel like something is missing in your life why not give God a try? Pull up 2 chairs and sit down in one of them. Pretend that Jesus is sitting in the other chair facing you and listening to you, because He is. Don’t be scared. Now pretend that you are talking to your best friend. Tell Jesus all your frustrations, your concerns, and be mad, if you are mad. Ask Him to help you and He will. And don’t think you’ve done such horrible things He can’t help you, because He can. Jesus is all about mercy, grace, forgiveness, and most of all love!
In Jeremiah 29:11 God has promised that He has plans to give you hope and a future. Why not take Him up on it?
